Purchased a land rover discovery paid on the day of sale booked a collection slot at Doncaster im from South Wales arranged with a transport company to collect and paid !!!Day before collection received e mail to say they had made an error and the vehicle should have been sold . After a few e mails it appeared that they have the right to cancel a sale . It took over 3 weeks to receive refund and i have e mailed six times regarding my out of pocket expenses re collection not one reply regarding any compensation Court case ?? should come to this through no fault of my own i’m out of pocket !!!
