Worst ever auction experience!! We won a car stated nothing in the description about very noisy engine with very loud knocking, pictures stated front passenger window available but when went to collect the car no windows either clearly nothing stated major faults as that car need an new engine all hidden, clearly you don’t know what you bidding for, then we asked for the resolution from Megan in online chat service and then she suspended my account as well, clearly we have lost all the money for the car and auction subscription and even right to talk as well. We have previously delt with copart, Raw2k but these are the most worst auction with very rude employees. Worst experience in my life!!!
