Use them at your own risk but these people do not care about you as a customer one bit. They care about one thing only, their profit margins. They will do whatever it takes to squeeze every penny out of you for profit. From rogue bidders who hike up prices to lack of forklift agents to get your car collected after you having booked it in for over a week. Their have inconsistent messaging on their website about storage costs to confuse you although it will be in the terms and conditions but who reads that and know them inside out. they do not care at all
