Created a new account and was thsn charged £84. After making the account and paying them, the next morning when I wanted to purchase a car, I couldn't bid as they suspended my account. Apparently it was suspended because another account from a different person of the same address owed synetiq money. After emailing them many times and speaking to live chat, they refused to unsuspend my account or to refund my money, this is absolutely disgusting and scammy, I was also unable to purchase the car I wanted. Avoid this company at all cost.
