Pleased so far with one exception. I first tried to pay by credit card for my 1.1m dish, and failed after 3 or 4 retries, and ended up paying with my debit card. I was called by the anti-fraud dept of my bank (First Direct) a day later saying that your payment system was first trying to put a £3 charge on my card before taking the full amount. My banks automatic system therefore rejected the transaction as it was setting off fraud alarms. I prefer to pay online with a credit card as it gives extra protection and so this might influence my choice of supplier next time round. Regards, Martin
