Very unhappy as my Technomate 5402 M3 receiver-recorder is faulty and Aj says I need to return it to Technomate. To his credit, Ashley was very helpful and I appreciate that. But at the end of the day it has cost me many hours of my time with various attempts at trying things, resetting and downloading software etc.
Now I have to mess about packing it and fork out postage after all the hassle.
To make matters worse I later spotted that I could have got it via Amazon for £6 cheaper and they provide free postage for returns!
