From your side the delivery was ok, from the side of your dispatch company Yodel there web page to track the parcel is not the best one, They give a day, but not a time window, which they should know, so the customer has to wait and hope Yodel comes eventually.
When they arrive the drivers are friendly and there is no problem, it is only to have a time window so someone does not have to sit at home and wait and wait.
