The delivery was faster than predicted. Packaging was intact externally but the dish had an indentation on the rim which was easily straightened. The dish was free to rattle about in the box, the arm was bubble wrapped, so was not the cause. However, the cable drum which was free to rattle and may have been the cause. The dish etc. was easily to assemble and install. The satellite finder which was the cheapest one available found 19e no problem but could not find/ separate 28.2e. As the purpose of the dish was for freesat this was not helpful. Eventually found 28.2e by moving the dish to the east from the 19e position a small increment at a time, then altered the elevation by the same method. I suppose the satellite finder did help narrow the field. Reason for going to satellite was the normal 'to air' aerial no longer worked due to trees, which have tree preservation orders. A chainsaw haircut was not on the cards. The problem is now solved. My wife can watch her soaps, and other wonderful programmes, to her hearts content, peace and quiet has been restored to my world.
