I thought I had ordered a white cable as I used the filters provided for manufacturer, colour and length required.\n It was only when I received an e-mail confirming items dispatched that I noticed the colour had defaulted to black!!\nI tried again with a dummy order and the same happened.\n\nI used their customer support to help me with the items I required. They responded very quickly and gave excellent advice. I placed an order about 3pm on the Friday, had confirmation about 4.30pm same day and the package arrived the next morning
