During the long period between order and delivery we have taken in several parcels for neighbours anongst which were two from UK oranisations with DHL printed labels, so other organisations in UK have our village on their vesions of the DHL database.\nI would also recommend you ensure that emails are reponded to, and customer questions answered. The person my relative spoke to by phone said that the order was waiting for someone to contact them, at this time there were emails remaining, and are still remain unanswered. Then saying you are waiting for a customer to contact your organisation in this circumstance is not pro-active customer satisfaction.\nConsidering I sought to purchase from you company due to the recommendation of a near neighbour in the same village who received prompt delivery of his purchase with no address problems makes the whole event into a bad experience.
