*** was very helpful and spent time on the phone with me explaining the sat receiver he recommended.\nI spoke to several other companies and was very disappointed with the knowledge of the sales staff.\n\nThe unit was received, however without a full manual, which *** says is not available !!! Not sure if I can access all the features of this unit, Hence 4 star only.
