The pre sales and actual sales provided very good advice and having paid for one day delivery the goods arrived on time. My issue is with the lack of information received with the goods. There was not a list of items in the delivery. I was also very disappointed with the lack of set up information. The delivery note indicated a web page to download instructions. These are zipped in an RAR file only downloadable to a computer the information there was not very helpful.
