Delivery and quality very good but lack of set up instructions except for web address not so good. Instructions in .rar format. Emailed for advice, very prompt response but recommendation to use winrar or winzip (neither on my computer) required a purchase unless prepared to install 'free' products that carried with them all sorts of advertising, pop-ups and in some cases unwanted programs that wanted to 'make changes to my computer'. I think it would be better if the instructions/information were availabe in pdf format as Adobe is either installed or free to instal on all computers.
