At first, although warned, I thought I would never receive my shipment. I understood the delay with Covid. But at one point I assumed the order was lost. I received very excellent customer service. And the reps that I dealt with went above and beyond to make and keep me happy. I recommend this company. And my daughter loves her case and it does exactly what we need it to do.
