Thank you all so very much for you help and assistance with regard to the problem with my tablet case. I especially want to thank you all for your empathy and understanding with regard to my request for help. The case was a wonderful gift from my dear mum that passed, so that made this case so very special to me. Your team were unable to help supply a part I needed but respected sincerely how special this item was for me. Due to this time of lockdown and I said I would persevere with my case, your team kindly decided to send me a replacement now in the event it would not be possible within the near future. I cannot thank you all enough for what you have done for me, in the memory of my mums gift, it just means so very very much to me.
