Tablet2Cases stood by the 2 year warranty after my iPhone X case showed signs of damage. They did not direct me back to the OEM (Mujjo) as others might have. Their customer service team was courteous, prompt, and very helpful as they replaced my case. As a result of the great experience, I purchased a new iPhone 12 case from them. Despite shipping delays, they kept me informed and even credited me for a partial delay. I will buy again from this great company.
