We bought a case for a Christmas present to our granddaughter. However the size didn’t fit her tablet. When contacted customer service via Email, we were treated most friendly and the issue was solved, more or less direct. The correct size was determined and within a few days we got a replacement delivered. Our 10 year old granddaughter installed it by herself in minutes. The tablet case and keyboard is very well made, very nice color and finish and gives a most professional appearance. We recommend this product!
