I ordered an IMax boat bag having looked at the illustration and reading in the description the item was "super rigid" It arrived minus the shoulder straps which was one of the main purchase points for me, plus was made of a flimsy plastic. After a lengthy argument with a snotty man called "Rob" to no avail I sent another e-mail to the company. The item was not what I wanted and although they agreed to a refund I will still have to pay the return postage myself. Avoid this company like the plague. I have just spoken with them and the latest version does not feature a zipped compartment. I recommend returning the item to us for a refund so you can look into purchasing an item more suitable. On this occasion we will be unable to cover the return shipping costs, sorry.
