Ordered a rod as they advised it was in stock , received email confirmation that delivery would be two days. After four days there was no sign so phoned them. I was told that I had been sent an email which strangely I didn't receive telling me that it was in fact out of stock and that they were expecting a new delivery from Korum the following Monday. So the following Wednesday I chased them up only to be told it had been despatched but the parcel courier had damaged the box and returned it to them. As they had no more in stock it would now be the following week before they had any more. Left it a few days then enquired again. This time they definitely had them - they had been in the warehouse to check and I would have the rod in a couple of days. Guess what ? When the wife rang them on my behalf they had in fact given me the wrong information and that they didn't have any in stock. I was given the option to cancel or accept an alternative several times , eventually having been fobbed off several times and having lost all confidence in them I took up the option to cancel I'm glad I did as I then found the same rod cheaper at Angling Direct and two days later caught a double figure barbel on it I won't be using Tackle UK again !
