Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the product and would like a replacement extender. We received the mattress (after much delay of finding one in stock) the day before we left for camping (it was ordered months in advance). Once at the campground we blew up the mattress with no difficulties but when we tried the extender it kept deflating. Upon investigating we discovered the actual seam had come apart. (I do have a picture if need be) We attempted to patch the seam letting it sit for 24 hours but this did not work because it was the seam. Then, after the trip was over when we tried to repack the mattress when dipping up the carry bag the zipper broke immediately. I paid $375 to you guys instead of going with a random $150 mattress in hopes the quality would be better and I am disappointed. I am hoping you guys make this right. I gave you 3 stars because the matress did work.
