I like the quality of product that TacomaBeast allows to be sold on their site. Its typically high end and not a piece of junk. The only thing I despise about online-only sales is that they do not list their phone number for customer service. I get that there is a cost involved with adding this type if service but when you are buying $1000’s of dollars in product a year…I want to speak with a person. However the flip side…their email customer service has been quick and responsive….and best if all…helpful. I may just be old fashioned as online customer service has changed. TacomaBeast gets a solid 10 stars in this category for everything so far….and I am not an east customer to please.
