I love your brand and your products, but I feel the level of experience has decreased in the last year or two. I am well aware that items are more expensive but I really didn't feel like I was buying a more premium product compared to how I felt when I first bought a product from you in 2021. Also having to pay £5 for postage and the earrings arrived late.
