I was sent the wrong order, then told that it cannot be resolved as the item has since gone out of stock. I was offered a refund, which I have asked for but I am still waiting a week after they were notified of their error. Communication has been lacking. I would expect better service considering the price of the products sold. I have other earrings from tada and toy buy i am put off from ordering from here again.
