10. I especially found the delivery of my order exceptional.
1) They phoned me early on the day of scheduled delivery and gave me the time of the expected delivery.
2) They then arrived EXACTLY ON TIME given. (Unheard of these days).
3) The delivery guys were really friendly and helpful.
