What an amazing experience and process with TagVenue. From the moment we got in touch Ross was amazing in giving me all the information I needed (ans some I hadn't thought about).
He was even able to arrange me to visit the venue and met the manager (David) who took the time to give me a tour of the venue. He was so attentive in listening to me first and then guiding me in the best way to execute the birthday party.
I had a few last minute changes but both Ross and David were amazing to accommodate these.
Now my son wants all his birthdays here!!
