This is the first time I have used Tagvenue and I've found it really clunky. It's quite difficult to navigate, difficult to find what you need and I feel like I'm constantly in and out of the website to view a message that could have been emailed.
The UX design needs some work on the booking enquiry screen, as everything is white and you have to constantly scroll up and down to work out what message is most recent. The white message pane on a white background, really impacts this.
When raising an enquiry the notification that comes through on email are confusing, as the email does not contain the full message, but then says "Send a Reply". In the Example attached, you will see that it cuts off part way through the message, which is not enough for me to reply.
In the end with my booking, I just called the venue and sorted everything out over the phone.
I personally would like see the whole message in the email, as I have sent many enquires for this even I'm planning and each time I get a message I have to go back and forth in and out of the website to view it.
If this isn't possible, then the bare minimum would be to change the email to say "View Message" rather than "Send a Reply".
