Due to the nearby construction noises which was not so ideal for my participants, she recommended me to Chinatown Point and even arranged the staff Mia to take care of me. Mia welcomed me warmly and showed me the rooms. I was a bit concern that I have to book 2 rooms and she suggested that if I join as a member, I could enjoy better rates. I signed up almost immediately. As the office dont open until 9am, Nurul provided me with the access code since I need to be there at 8am to set-up. I must conclude that your staff is awesome in anticipating needs and provided good solutions for me from Evelyn, Mia and Nurul.
