Moreover, the manner in which Tailster handled this situation is extremely concerning. Instead of resolving the issue through direct communication and fair evaluation, Tailster immediately involved third-party debt collectors. This action not only caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience but also tarnished Tailster's reputation as a customer-friendly and ethical platform.
