Gave wrong information while signing the contract. Told us that it was 18 months contract or if we sell the business, the contract would terminate. we sold the business before 18 months and now they want us to pay for full 18 months or sign a new 18 months contract with a reduced price just in case if we decide to start the new business. They not only gave wrong information in beginning but now they are selling a product with is not fit for the purpose.
