Absolutely awful service, they contacted me offering a card machine for my auction business, at very competitive rates. I agreed and went through all the ID, security checks, they have taken my information, my husbands and all my business information, they have set up the payments and told me the card machine is in the mail and I'm ready to go. Until this morning, when I received an email saying they couldn't provide the service to my business. Nothing has changed, they have wasted maybe 5 hours of my life with the interview, weekly phone calls and emails asking for more id and papers to confirm details. Which I was told was all fine and now they can't do it. After I have been waiting for over a month. Avoid at all costs, the customer service is rude, shocking service.
