Incredible and so helpful! We are thankful and indebted to Cara and her team for all the joy and help these courses have given our family. The peace and ease of life we have lived knowing how to predict our babies and help guide and teach them about good sleep habits and foundations have been invaluable to our lives! As a mom with a disability, flexible routine is critical. Predictable, yet bendable. Cara offers exactly that. The step by step help is also wonderful. I have three children now (and one on the way!) and to take the thinking out of baby life is such a gift. We have gifted this course many, many, MANY, times to friends and family over the years and all of them have had the same success.
