When we first found out we were going to have our first baby, we were over the moon excited, but I had also heard so many horror stories from friends and family moms about not getting any sleep and being exhausted, their baby being up every hour or two hours, and not being able to shower for weeks (which sounded absolutely terrible)! I was about 6 months pregnant when I decided to purchase the newborn class. I watched all the videos that week and felt SO much better! Fast forward, to our sweet baby girl being home and even at 1-2 weeks old I implemented the things I learned and she was a great little sleeper; by 7 weeks she was going to bed at 7pm getting a dream feed at 10pm and waking around 6/6:30am. Your classes not only put this emotionally pregnant momma at ease, but helped our family to get the sleep we need. We now have an 3 year old and a 2 year old that both sleep from 7:30pm-7am with one nap a day! These classes gave me the confidence to tackle having two under two and our family is just so happy and as rested as can be and I fully owe that to your classes! ❤️
