The nap training course was game changing for me. I used it on my third baby after using hodge-podge internet tips to sleep train my first two (with mixed results). Prior to this course I didn't even know nap training was a thing, I thought babies were either good nappers or bad, nothing to do about it. But within days (after starting the sleep training in tandem) my 5-month-old went from taking nothing but 20 minute naps to taking two solid 1-2 hour naps every day. This course is amazing not just for the fact that it works, but also in the way it gave me the confidence to attempt it it. That is, her course made me trust the process before I embarked on it, which I think is the biggest hurdle to surmount in sleep training (trying one approach halfheartedly because you're not convinced you'll succeed). This was worth every penny, highly recommend.
