10/10 recommend! TCB has been the foundation of success for sleep with our little guy. Since he was born we used TCB approach from the blog and 0-5 months course and because he was an independent sleeper early on we have managed to avoid most of the regressions thus far. He’s been equipped to handle and puts himself back to sleep and settles when he wakes up. We have recently begun to work on naps more and so implementing some TCB tactics there to help lengthen. Also, always checking the blog for helpful tips on nap transitions, travel, and schedules. We also purchased the slumber pod and that was a game changer for travel sleep. Overall, positive experience thus far with TCB!
