I cannot begin to say how thankful I am for this sleep training program. Our 9 month old Liam would start off in his crib and then eventually end up in our bed co-sleeping. At first it was fine but as he got older it was getting harder to get him out of that habit, and he would wake up multiple times at night to be rocked to sleep. On top of that my husband and I needed our own space to have a healthy marriage. We decided to try the sleep training from TakingCaraBabies with the goal of helping Liam to learn to fall asleep in his own crib because we knew that in the long run it would benefit him and for my husband and I to have a healthier marriage. The first few days were rough because Liam was used to being rocked and depended on us to help him fall asleep. But as we faithfully and prayerfully continued on this journey he started sleeping through the night. Its been sweet to watch Liam sleep through sleep cycles without us having to intervene.
