Content du produit acheté (que je connaissais déjà) mais carrément pas content des frais de port appliqués ! 20 € pour envoyer un leash, c'est abusé. Surtout que l'on ne découvre le montant des frais de port qu'à la toute fin du process de commande, quand on a plus le courage d'abandonner.
Ok vous utilisez Chronopost, très coûteux, mais pourquoi ce choix ? Colissimo ou Mondial Relay feraient, de mon point de vue, très bien l'affaire pour la plupart de vos produits.
