Commande reçue avec 3 semaines de retard sans avoir d'explications.
De plus il manque un article dans le colis, le leach de ceinture!
Malgré votre geste commercial suite à un mail de mécontentement de ma part je trouve inadmissible d'annoncer 4 jours de livraison lors de la Commande et de devoir attendre plusieurs semaines.
Résultat je n'avais pas mon matériel de wing pour ma semaine de vacances et je ne peux toujours pas profiter de ma nouvelle pkanche car il manque ie leash de ceinture!
