Great products for a good price and good service, no doubt about that! Flexible and willing to help when asked.
What could be improved? Shipping fees (sometimes ridiculously high, and hardly any combined shipment benefit), delivery time of certains products (sometimes months), completeness of delivery (sometimes missing screws), response time of customer service (sometimes several days, I guess it's very busy because of the above topics).
