Such a bad company. Order delayed for more than an hour. Contacted the customer service twice and all I got was: “Delayed, we will assign a driver in a few minutes.” Really terrible service. As a company you should inform the customer once a order has been delayed. Told them that the restaurant is closed already and how will they accept my order? They mentioned that the driver will be assigned and the restaurant is still open. On the end my order has been cancelled cuz the restaurant was closed. They do not care about customers at all!!!
