Talabat, in my experience, has always providing poor service when it comes to price, delivery, returns & refunds, and even their platform.
Since 2008, I have spoken to countless managers, live chatted with hundreds of customer service representatives, and ordered thousands of KD worth of food. And not once have I had an all round great experience. There was always an issue. And when I did decided to complain, because I didn't always complain, I was never a pleasant experience. The fact that lately Talabat has removed a contact number for customers to reach someone is a sign that the company's care for the customers that have helped flourish the business since 2004 do not matter in the least bit.
I wonder what they would do if somehow a new platform overtook them and over 50% of their customers stopped using their service all together. I wonder if then they would reconsider their strategy.
I am appalled, disappointed, fed up, and every negative feeling one can think of with Talabat.
