CHEATING with orders placed vs delivered and HORRIBLE customer support. I sent two rakhi gifts in India. First one had the big chocolate bar missing from the packet. Second gift was replaced by another gift half the price. The website does not give any contact info, no response to customer emails on website or FB messenger. I somehow found a phone no. from order confirmation email. This person on the other side, asked for order details and pics of delivered gifts and promised to look into this matter. After receiving all the details, the guy stopped responding to email or phone calls. Talash.com is a pure scam. Will never recommend this business to anyone.
