I was desparate to get a new water heater when my old Bosch went out in the middle of a brutally cold spell. To get one locally, I would had to have paid 60% more than what I paid from Tankless Water Heater Depot, and there STILL would have been a delay of a few days. TWHD got my order packed and shipped the same day I ordered, and it was delivered on time a few days later. They did a great job packing it (although there still was a little cosmetic damage, which does not bother me at all).
In addition, I love love love the Rheem heater.
