WE ORDERED A HEATER THAT WAS OUT OF STOCK, SO IT WAS NOT SHIPPED AS PROMISED .
RICHARD EMAILED ME WITH A NICE NOTE TO TELL ME THE HEATER WAS NOT COMING. WE REORDERED WHEN THE UNIT WAS BACK IN STOCK AND GOT THE UNIT QUICKLY. HEATER HAS BEEN PREFORMING WELL.
