Love the tankless water heater, love the ability to have hot water after the teenagers are done taking showers. Technical support was a little lacking. Was trying to get help with the recirculation line and programming then unit. Takes a thermostat and momentary push buttons throughout the house. Also the one way check valve needed to be installed in a horizontal position, not vertical. Once it was up and running would never go back, takes a small amount of time to get used to it, but the days of the old water heater telling you it was time to finish the shower are over. Love it.
