Myself and my wife are both wondering why we didn't get a tankless water heater when the kids were all still home. We don't use hot water like we did then however our old water heater was far away from the point of use because of the flue used for its exhaust, this tankless one was installed were the water is used, big difference. It came programed and the control installed, with fast shipping.
