Awful company, bought a £150 ratchet which turned out to be broken on arrival, they gave me runaround with a weeks worth of emails claiming they would collect and replace it no one came stayed in the house all day 2 more days no one came, deep down I knew this was being given the brush off. So In order to not give them the opportunity to mess me about any more I wrote a review on tp, as if they haven't wasted enough of my time and money as it is, there response to my attempt to give a reasonable a count of my experience with them has been met with aggressive emails with manipulative language to try to bully me into accepting that what I am saying is wrong, and complaints to tp to get my review changed based on defamation of character, so taking up even more of my time. Even now they are trying to combat any attempt I make to leave a full and honest review. They could put this energy into running their business properly. If they were an honest company they would just have refunded my £150 as a matter of honor, because this is no small amount of money. These people are bully's.
