Awful! Although being promised a refund within 14 days for a swapped item, (also returning it in the agreed manor, and reporting faults in the agreed timeframe) they seem to think they can:
1. Dispute the refund altogether
2. After presenting evidence delaying refund for as long as possible
There is no phone number to call, so you are left at the mercy of people responding to emails (or being ignored altogether). They have effectively stolen £260 from me - it may be a lot more if they 'forget' to send the replacement I paid for!
