Terrible company, would never buy anything from them again. Faulty goods from the start and the technical helpdesk refused to accept. Their solution for poor tap was that my water tank should be at least 5 storeys above the ground floor to get decent water pressure to use their taps on the ground floor - absolute comedy. The items is poorly made and/or faulty. They wont accept it. These guys should attend a business school not running a business!
