They are stealing my money. They had an outage or attack. Promised all losses to be refunded on the 7th dec. I got a partial refund of 200 but owed over 700. Have since uploaded proof and all required info. Their customer service will not respond to you and their 24-7 chat are not real responses only the same answer. So essentially they are stealing money. Ne aware of this exchange. It is not stable and customer service will not help you.
