The only reason it's 4 stars is because my order got lost in the mail. The customer service department was more than nice, and got a replacement order in the mail immediately. The original order finally arrived, totally beat up, with a sticker saying it had been delivered to the wrong address and I should notify the sender of my correct address, which was clearly on the shipping label! All of this required numerous e-mails back and forth. Every communication was helpful and courteous. I will be back. Next time, I will order when my second-to-last roll goes in the ATG gun! (oops, dispenser) I had no idea I could go through a roll so fast, but I was using it for giftwrapping as well as paper crafting. On second thought, the problem lay with the post office, so Tape Depot gets a 6!
